Better get it started. I've thinned out a few coon and possum so far and caught the first yote today.Snared a baby maker.

Keep killing them, I pulled everything Friday because of the snow. We ended up getting 10" of wet snow and now we're suppose to have single digit highs Thursday with another storm Friday night :mad: I hated pulling them but I'm glad I did

So what made you put the snare in that location? Sort of looks out in the wide open from the pic. Regular trail cam pics of them on a game trail there?


There's a head on look at the snare that caught that yote. I've caught them in that spot in the past, but yes it is a trail that comes off of an alfalfa field into my winter rye plot.

I also blocked off a section with a tree branch that's in between that trail and another one ten yards to the right. Didn't want any yotes veering off and missing my snares.
