    Best beginner bow

I'll throw in my two cents. I work on a lot of bows and the "best" bows aren't so different than the "beginners" bows nowadays. Sure you may get a little more speed out of them but, a perfectly tuned slower bow kills more deer every day of the way than an untuned "fast" bow. Anyways. Sorry went...

    Anchoring ground blind

I really like that deck idea. Especially gaining a little more sight as I hate being in a blind anyways.

Giving some new life to an old decoy

That's the truth! At this point the birds are gonna need snow shoes! Bahahhahah

    Anchoring ground blind

Yeah. They're closed until hunting and unfortunately those blinds are in open areas, hence why there is a blind there. Def. keep looking for better stakes.

    Anchoring ground blind

I'm assuming the heavier duty tent stakes. Probably 6" long, 1/4" thick. Put them in at a 45 degree angle. The blinds are basically going to get put up now and brushed in so they can get used during both turkey and deer season. I have good supports for the roof to stop that from collapsing which...

    Anchoring ground blind

It seems I have nothing better to do than pick everyone's brains here. I promise. I do. I have two jobs. Lmao. Anyways. Anyone have any creative ideas on how to keep a ground blind staying put out in the field. Putting my turkey blinds up this weekend and it seems that no matter how well I stake...

Giving some new life to an old decoy

It would also help if it stopped freaking snowing so we can use the decoys in 3 weeks!

Giving some new life to an old decoy

So. In my infinite free time and boredom (the boys nap time. Lol) I decided to give an old decoy some life. I probably bought this decoy 7-8 years ago. Just a cheap plastic one and decided to make it look respectable against my Avian X's. A little acrylic paint and I'll be spray painting a semi...
