    What's For Dinner?

I pan seared some deer tomahawks last night and had it paired with sautéed asparagus and baked potatoes. Started the ice cream churn before supper with some fresh milk in it and my wife baked some from scratch brownies. She made a chocolate sauce to top it with and I'm telling you....I could...

    What's For Dinner?

A few eats from the weekend. Wings, crablegs, colorful eggs, and fresh mozzarella. I love making the mozzarella because I get tocl keep the cream! 4 gallons of our milk made a little over 2 lbs of cheese and a solid gallon of heavy cream for butter.

    The Lackster's 23-24 season

When it comes to hunting and fishing, there is definitely plenty to do 12 months out of the year. Deer season closes today, that means it's time to hit the trout waters and the mountains for pigs.
