    Whiskey

Take the ride man. $30 well spent. Just make sure you get the stout and not the ipa. Your mileage may vary, but I thought the stout was a beautiful mix, but the ipa was a little too much of the same flavor notes smooshed together. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

You ever mess with the caskmates stout version of Jame-o? I've got a mess of higher end pours at my disposal, but I'd argue for $20-30 that caskmates is hard to beat. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

    Whiskey

This was the high water mark for my whiskey cabinet. There's a red breast 12 hiding in the back there. I am sad to say these have all been drank, but each was fantastic in it's own way. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

You're a good dude! I usually snag a couple when we travel east to visit family, but with 2020 being the year it's been we don't plan to travel. Appreciate the offer man. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Bow setup - setup Akron/Canton area

Finally was able to scrape up enough pennies to get my hands on a carbon Hoyt rx3 ultra (albeit used). I'm currently in process of switching all my goodies off my old set up over to it and building a new set of arrows (had to change spines because of dif draw weight), but then I'm going to be in...

    Whiskey

Eagle Rare is a great bourbon! Hard to find in my area though. Pretty much anything coming out of Buffalo Trace is hard to get. Good pick though sir...you won't be disappointed. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

    Camo Colors.

Is it sad that my kids have subjected me to that show so many times that my immediate reaction to your comment was "wait...there was no blue one!" Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

    Camo Colors.

Don't mean to hijack the thread but what do you all think about mixing camo (i.e. realtree pants, mossy oak pattern shirt etc)? Are you head to toe in one pattern or more grab and go? Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

    Leather Knife Sheath

The black sheath in the top pic is pretty close to the mark for what I'm looking for. Let me know when you are back and we can chat on it further. The knife is a spyderco bushcraft as a point of reference. Thanks for the reply. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

    Leather Knife Sheath

Wasn't sure where to post this question, but this area seemed halfway reasonable. Does anyone on here do leather work? I have a fixed blade knife I am quite fond of (and spent a grip of money on), but I'm not in love with the sheath. I'm kicking around having a custom sheath made for it. I'd...

Safety Single favorite/most useful piece of gear

Not at all. Honestly there's no right answer. Just passing time in the stand. I added a hand muff that has a pocket you can put a hand warmer in. That's been a real nice upgrade too. Just doesn't trump that first sit in better boots for me. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Good facemask is a nice one. Wool balaclava was a game changer. Found out quickly that a beard can only do so much. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Safety Single favorite/most useful piece of gear

Walking in to the stand today I got thinking about all the gear I've purchased over the years. Seems like every season I make a small upgrade or swap something out. Thought it might be fun to throw out the question if you had to recommend one piece of gear for the new would be hunter to invest...

    Climbing stand vs climbing sticks

Ok, now I'm picturing the move a little more clear. I'm using the hammock seat too, so I might give this a practice run or 2 close to the ground to see if I can get the hang of it. Nothing worse than a day of fearing for your life or cutting off circulation to you legs because your stand pitch...
