Get up a tree faster.

Clip your safety strap around your cable and climb much faster. Obviously attach your harness to the strap. These are Harbor Freight clips.

Haha, I thought the exact same thing when I first read the thread.

Good idea Mike! I don't own a climber but can see this might a time saver.

A company makes permanent clips for several different makes of climbers but they are expensive and this will work. I can't take full credit.

Well, the company that made them is no longer in business, so this is a good alternative. Their product was good because the strap did not really touch the tree.
