Gonna sit all day Saturday, I will be on the ground in the ghillie suit so nap time is gonna be much easier!
Biggest thing for those all day sits is to have the right treestand in place. Most of our stands now have a sling style seat or at least seats with arm rails along the side....mostly for comfort but also for that just in case if you do doze off you won't go anywhere.

all day sits are not easy unless you are seeing deer and comfortable. I take a book to read, some food, water, extry can of chew. I don't do it very often, but I'm almost always prepared to stay in a stand all day, just in case Bullwinkle lays down 30 yards from me at 11 in the morning.
I find more often than not when I do an all day sit I don't hunt the next morning. I try to get down around noon. Grab a bite to eat. Take a power nap, and back at I by 2.
