I'll turn this dump into a positive. I have zero pain in my finger and I can shoot the longbow totally fine. It's actually loosened my over grip. I'll never be a target shooter, but I can still hit that pie plate a various yardages without issue. I see the specialist tomorrow.:smiley_coolpeace:

Ended up going out this morning. Passed on 2 small does. Then I seen 2 bucks off in the distance. Not a bad morning. Windy..
BUT... Then right a shooting light my dad calls and says there is a guy walking towards me. It's dark and I can only see so much. I see a silhouette of a person. He is 25 yds away and starts to cut a tree down.. I'm thinking WTF is going on. He past the boarder of properties. I get down and confront him and of coarse he plays the stupid card and says he didn't know the property line. So I walk over a show him the fence that he is on the wrong side of lol.. He said he had permission to hunt the neighbors 40acre property. I couldnt find a stand anywhere close to where he was and don't understand why he was cutting a tree down at shooting light. It just pisses me off. I half suspicious that he was lying about having permission on the neighbors property.

I would go and ask the neighbor. Let them know he acted funny and you were just concerned about him trespassing on their property.

He I will probably do this just to be safe. I'm now a little worried about stands/cameras I have in that area.
I have a farm in southern ohio on a dead end road I put a trail cam on a tree looking license plate high looking at the road if you didn't know it was there you would never see it we have gotten a couple of trucks come back and turn around and left but had they done anything we have their numbers point is those camera we use to track deer and turkeys can also be surveillance cameras watching fence lines and trails

Well ill sum it up, I overshot a giant tonight grrr only positive is. He didnt blow out, just trotted off. Damnit man that sucks ass
