Only lost 3lbs last week. That sucks. Brings my goal of averaging 10lbs/week until the end of February down. Will keep hitting it hard though.

That's the thing.. I don't know.. She noticed it first.. I can't remember it getting in a wreck or anything.. I would take a pic. But uhm... No.. Bout the size of a dime.

Joe- I wanted to keep chiming in and giving these guys a hard time. Honestly though, I can't bring myself to it. I am happy for them and cheering them on. To set goals which require strenuous effort on a daily basis on top of the other day to day activities and busy schedules people have is impressive to me. I could not personally do it. With that said, this is also part of the reason I stay in the shape I am (in my opinion). Obviously genetics and luck of the draw are a huge part, but I am freakin' going 100mph all day. High strung coffee drinking, Skoal spitting, fool is what i am. Keep up the good work guys. When my body is worn out from the crappy sleep schedule and constantly pushing my body to the limits (not due to healthy exercise and eating habits either) you guys can be my pall bearers.

I've avoided this thread long enough. I'm hiding from working out. Over the summer I was doing P90x every morning and loving it. I was in the best shape I've been in forever.
Then school started and I quit. I'm so pissed at myself, but you guys are starting to light my fire.

I find the mornings are the best if I can get my ass out of bed. The summer is easy. I get up when I want. Before work is a bitch because I don't wanna get up. I'm starting tomorrow... Damn it! I hate all of you right now.

Whelp, I did it! I got a morning workout in - about 40 minutes of the BL last chance workout. Hopefully I'll have some extra energy today, Lord knows I could use it after waking up so early.

1 set of 12 pull ups.
2 miles in 15:30 (cheated and ran on the tread mill again)
3 circuits of lat pull downs, abs, rows, and tricep dumbell extensions.
Eliptical for 10 minutes
4 sets of Austrailian rows, abs, and tricep cable push downs

I had a bad night last night. I ate more calories yesterday than I did in the 4 days prior. Moment of weakness while on the run means I have to bust ass at the gym tonight. Started my whey protien shakes, vitamins, and glucosamine supplements this morning. I hope those make a difference in things...

Yeah.. I know what you mean.. Like today I had wendys. I just calculated and it was 2,320 calories. 78g total fat, and 338 carbs.... However i will more than likely not eat dinner. Rarely do.. Actually, i usually only eat lunch.. Maybe it can serve as an example of how bad fast food is for our TOO weight loss crew.. Don't slip and cheat guys.. This food is fattening.. :)
