Did this goofy all-terrain hill workout thing on the treadmill. Cardio part wasn't that challenging, but my calves were on fire. After that was over I did some tempo/feartleking run. Was down to 178 today.

On the road for work...just ordered a large meatlovers pizza for myself. Lets see how much of it I eat.

In all seriousness I need to stop this. Pants are getting tighter again which means time to act.

Losing weight = carrying is easier...

Not that it really matter but IWB carry is more comfortable when the jeans are loose at the waist.

I got up at 530 and did a pallet of 80lb curls in the parking lots. 1032PM and I am still rolling. Still have invoicing to finish before I hit the sack. Everyone needs their invoices before we have to plow them out again tomorrow. lol More 80lb salt bag curls in store for tomorrow's workout.

Schu, are you doing 100% cardio and no weight training? How are you liking the new treadmill?

Yea only cardio at home. We stopped our gym membership about 6 months ago. In November we bought a Nordictrack commercial 1750. It was a good purchase. I will start doing some push ups and maybe some shoulder presses here soon. I only have one set of dumbells at home so I'm kind of limited.

Look at purchasing some kettlebells. They are pretty versatile.

This is exactly why controling your intake is a much easier way to drop weight. Just think....If you have a candy bar and a pop for a mid day snack you just consumed 500+ calories. Now you would have to exercise for probably 45-60 minutes to burn those calories. Much easier to not eat the snack.

Where did you buy at and can you give me an idea of a price?

Had a great workout last night and feel surprisingly great today. I might have to up the intensity of my workouts even though I feel like I'm hitting it hard. I should be sore and I'm not, so that makes me wonder. I wonder how much the whey protein and glucosamine help with that?

I weighed out at 225, which puts me down 5 pounds in 10 days. Playing basketball tonight which will give me some great cardio. Another workout tomorrow and then trying my best to not ruin my progress over the weekend!

Thanks Schu, Ive been looking and stil not sure what I want. Was the discount your deciding factor?

No. It was the 3.5 Hp motor and 20x60 inch running surface with a good warranty and reasonable price (compared to $4000 for a Precor).
Consider the type and volume of running you plan to do and what options are must haves. There are lots of options out there.

I've never had to worry about weight gain, I only weigh 10 lbs more than I did when I graduated high school, and that's because I grew a little more. A high metabolism and keeping active seems to be the reason why I would guess. I can eat anything I want and still be the same weight the next day.

I used to be the same way. It caught up with me.
