What do you do for a living?

Just curious what the members on this site do for a living. Post a pic of you at work with a brief description....if you’re retired, either post an old pic or post a pic of you fishing in a boat or a copy of the honey do list your significant other gives you. I’ll start off....I work at Verizon in NJ as a construction splicer (32 years)....hoping to retire soon!!

I too sit at a desk. Im a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist/Technical Writer for O'Gara Armoring. When we get new projects, I take the weld blueprints and write Planning/Work Instructions telling the welders which process to use. Same with Assembly. I love my job. Im also pretty good at drinking cold Bud Lights

I'm a bit of a desk jockey as well. I'm the Executive Director for Workforce Development and Corporate Partnerships at a local community college. It's a new position to the school, so it's my job to get the program off the ground and make it profitable. I'm part project manager, part business development. I spend a lot of time in "R&D" with our instructors developing new "products"; creating marketing strategies; engaging in "outside sales"; and conducting research on grant opportunities, current best practices, and new technologies in preparation for launching a robotics program.

Not really picture worth, unfortunately! Wish I still had some from my oilfield days when I was in the field all the time.

I worked, I retired and now I’m enjoying what I missed while working....
I worked for the Dept of the Air Force and the Air Force Reserve. Aircraft maintenance for 35 years.
Numerous deployments and TDY’s.... Now I’m just chilling and enjoying life and watching my wife go to work in the morning..... Yeah I’m kind of an ass like that..... 😂😂😂😂
