Captain Insano already drove around my truck just to park his out in the open field. Gonna try and wait him out. Seen a dozen or so deer

I'm live from a job site spreading river rock. Nobody wants to work. I volun-told my sons they were working today. I can't change the world. I can teach my boys work ethic though. Good luck all!

13 deer seen so far.

• A group of 5 @5:45am within 30 yards heading to stand.
• A different group of 5 @6:00am within 25 yards heading to stand.
• Another group of 3 @8:45am within 20 yards from the stand.

The moon & stars lite up everything while hiking in to my furthest stand super early this morning.

Very beautiful start of the day

Nice & comfortable weather so I intend on hanging out for a while longer and see what else might happen.

Technically, I'm counting this. Though I haven't done shit for any prep yet, I did decide while drinking my alcohol at the firepit , to go set up a pop up a bit ago . Weed whacker & all the commotion to go along with setting up, I had 5 deer pass by while standing there.
