Haha, it’s gotta be close. 10.5

What pay lake you been hitting, Denny? I’ve never done it, but it sounds like fun. What’s the payin and payouts look like? Tagged fish bonus? Hour payouts or day?

Unless you have Giles size troll feet, that looks like a Fish Ohio sized Channel Cat. I believe 26" is what it takes

According to a quick search on the web,,,

Haha, you misunderstood me. If a channel cat is over 26", you can register it as a fish ohio, print a cerificate, and the state will send you a pin for it

Grove City 'BigCatPayLake'.

I forget all the jar payouts.

I went last night for the $20 'Saturday Night' four hour tournament.

That pay out was almost $200/hr for largest fish each hour.

I didn't win anything this go around.

Went again this morning at around 11:30, then left @1:30 to try to beat the big thunderstorms at home.

Last night, I caught a couple of dinks.

This afternoon for almost 2 hours worth of fishing,

I caught three decent ones, missed two & had several bites.

Just as I was packing up to leave this afternoon, I caught my third one.

Didn't beat the storms on the way home.

It poured rain and we had a minor flash flood down the driveway.

Yeah, that storm pounded us.

Thinking about taking my kids one of these days. Always good fish in those ponds.

Their website - http://bigcatspaylake.com/

Under new management.

It's a nice place.

It's clean and when the fish are bitten, the fishing is real good.

When they're not bitten, it can make a long day, but "a bad day of fishing is better than a good at work" as they say.

I used to go to this lake quite a bit back in the 90's, over two owners ago.

I really enjoy the 'Saturday Night' tournaments.

I've always had a good time.

Buddy Andrew smoked a nice buck tonight on his way into work. I forgot to take good pics. I trailered back to his place and salvaged some back leg meat and these tasty guys. His car was totaled
