Front porch almost done, trim on the end of the house done, siding on both ends done. Starting to dry up some but sadly they are calling for an inch of rain Friday

Clay, what’re you seeing on the price of stone and delivery obverse your way? Curious if it’s on par on what I’m seeing over here.

Around the triad 30-35 a ton is about normal, all depends on how much the quarry charges. We get it hauled out of Pittsboro for $26.50 a ton, but the quarry over there charges way less than Martin Marietta does.

Looks like Vulcan is the closest one to you and they might charge more also.
