Jesus I swear I heard angels singing when I saw that picture!

Butts are still going. After I pulled the ribs I had to find the new normal on temp control to hold the 245 temp. Those damn butts stalled at 171 for like 5 hours! I've gained 5 degrees in the last 115 minutes though, so it appears they're out of the stall now. When they hit 195 I'll be them cool to about 150, wrap in foil and place in the refrigerator in the garage for the night.
