this shit actually happened to me. when we had new shingles put on the roof 8 or so years ago we discovered that the ridge vents on both the house and detached garage were installed OVER the cap shingles on the ridge. I'd like to me the retarded fuckstick that did it so I could kick him in the balls. no harm from it, really, as we have gable vents and perforated vinyl soffits, but still, who fucking does that?
