Took the Jeep to get batteries for the motorcycles. My son wanted to ride along. We brought Otis. Beautiful evening for a doors off ride. Got my dad's Triumph fired up. Rode it over to the cemetery to let him know it was alive. Not because he is there. Just his headstone and body. He was with me from the time I sat on the bike and even before. I'm sure he is smiling. Later I got the battery in the Kawasaki. It was his bike before the Triumph. Good to know I can "take dad for a ride" on either bike now.

Yesterday our youngest turned 16. Got a nice ride from a friend in his 66 Vette. Today our oldest graduated. Holee crap. You guys with the young kids better soak it all up. I'm telling you this happens fast!

My wife loves watching storms roll through and with the front of our house facing E, the garage is a great place to enjoy a storm, without the full effect. She was skeptical of my "TV in the garage" idea. Second Friday night we've had pizza while watching a storm, then movie night enjoying a beautiful post-storm evening. Being home together is the "new normal" and this type of Friday night is what I'd envisioned. I can't watch for Saturday Gameday!
