I didn't ask. Not bad though. I got a bag of scratch grains, 2 bags of layer pellets, and 200#s of shelled corn for $60. My guess is they were $7.50 per 50.

@$3 a bushel, and a sad looking trade market outlook. That’s an expensive bag it comes in! With what you have going on in your future, it might be worth finding and old grain cart.

Yep the Outfitter the mostly surrounds the 500 acres in our co-op sets up bait sites all along the borders - he baits June <-> March tries ( and succeeds) to pull mature bucks off parcels that do not bait nearly that much (Sep<->Dec). Changed the entire strategy of how we hunt the land. Walked the border of a new development, 1-1.5 acre lots, along the East border of an adjacent 400 acre parcel.

Every. Single. One. Had. A. Bait. Site. Going. just off or right on the border of he big parcel.

The biggest issue I see is over forage for 'coons, very few trap or hunt and they are going nuts breeding with all the available calories.

As with this virus - it's a new normal for deer hunting until any laws are changed which I don't see happening until CWD escapes from a fenced herd and covers Ohio.

He's always high and if it wasn't one of Ohio's oldest independent feed mills where I'm called by name and have credit, I'd never pay it. When I'm ready to stock up, I've got a source at $4.50/50.
