I had been messing around with my charcoal smoker past couple weeks.
Two weeks ago I’ve done the wings for the first time and it turned out great. Last week I had done the drumsticks. Wasn’t too bad, it was juicy though. Maybe the rub I put on it wasn’t what I wanted. I would like to continue doing the drumsticks until I get the taste I’m looking for.
So this weekend I will be doing the pork shoulder 8 lbs. Gonna see how I’ll do with that. Bought all the bbq and rub. Gonna decide what kind to use.
