Yup, I’ve read the last few pages. Seemed like you were talking about who deserved what ranking and who should play who but I didn’t see where anyone had posted the final rankings. I saw it on the news and just figured I’d share it.

At the end of the day it doesn't matter one iota. As I'm fond of saying "they don't sign my check or suck my dick". But it's a damn shame that we have unpaid student athletes across the nation who are pouring their heart and soul into games and seasons only to be snubbed by a bias system to crown a " champion". It's become a popularity contest based on ratings and money and has nothing to do with the kids who are out there competing for nothing more than the dream of making a better life for themselves.

Yep - they do get perks though - scholarships, special dorms, special food halls, tutors, special medical care and etc. And many major in like Urban Studies and other worthless areas. It is what it is and more power to them - my wife tought mathematics at a state university and saw this first hand - raw raw raaaaaw -

Ih yeah they have perks beyond other students. Their athletic departments are freaking crazy nice.

Yes they have. They also have some key star players out for the season because Bama actually played games this season. Ronas is an excuse, most everyone else figured out how to play pretty full seasons, the big 10 should have also instead of deciding not to play at all for half the season and start in late October.

The end doesn't justify the means. Replay that game 5 times and you'll likely get different outcomes. The result of one outcome doesn't prove anything if variation is possible, that's why baseball has a world series. We know A&M should have been in because they're 8-1 with their only loss to #1. The other team is only 6-0. We can't fairly count losses if we also don't count wins. How it plays out, win or loss, doesn't change the fact that OSU didn't earn the chance in the first place IMO.

For the record I personally feel no team for any conference that didn’t play the whole season should be in any playoff talk at all! They chose to cower to the left leaning fear mongering media/mob/constituents and therefore should have to sit in front of their TVs and watch the programs that didn’t pussy out play for the NC. Sickens me that the B16 or Big 10 or however you want to call them got political and PC about this when student athletes for the most part weren’t the ones who were at risk of dying from Covid. If some players felt afraid then sit out the season and resume next year but holding back every player or team was complete BULLSHIT! Imo.
