I'm interested but that's also Easter weekend this yearRight now I dont have anything booked first weekend in April. Let's keep an eye on this. Usually its game on first week of April.
There's videos of guys doing it in yaks. Not sure if it's a great idea with the amount of powered watercrafts in close proximity. The walleye run seems fun. Can you get after the walleye in a protected part of the lake jigging?
asking for smaller crafts
I appreciate the insight. For sure not fun getting pushed off a spot by a big charter boat. There's videos of guys doing it in yaks. Not sure if it's a great idea with the amount of powered watercrafts in close proximity.
Coincidentally I’m going to Delaware Wednesday to get a kayak that I can use in the back bays of the barrier islands near the ocean for fishing and clamming. Me and a buddy are also planning on going to Maine in august for brook trout, smallies and landlocked salmon. Not sure I would have the balls to go out on Erie. There's videos of guys doing it in yaks. Not sure if it's a great idea with the amount of powered watercrafts in close proximity.
