Lost like 50lbs keep going been a year get very athletes I start to after I couldn’t drag deer from the field cut junko foodie kept beer deer cheers still going on. No calories cut carbohydrates too. Feel super again for 47 years my doc told me wish all his clients like me.

I finally hit my goal of 180 a few weeks ago (Thanks Paint Creek for the last bump). I've slowly cut my calories from 3,600 to 2,300. Mostly carbs and a little fat. Protein remains the same at roughly 200-240 grams daily. I'll do this recomp until Independence Day and go from there. This has been one of the best years, health wise, that I've experienced since high school. Tons of momentum going now. Keep at boys!

Oh I forget I reach 144 lb and one meal all day fasting i drink lot of water and some coffee in morning to start a new day with a post in good morning here forum.

I've stopped dropping lbs and currently sitting between 167-170. Probably eating at maintenance right now. Gonna continue to eat the same and see if I can recomp any. If not, I'll cut 250 cals and shoot for my goal of 163.
