Tonight’s grub: Ribbies(reversed seared)and mac&cheese. Vowed to lay off the hops for 2 weeks! Boy is this going to be rough…
Here are 3 bone in skin on chicken thighs I also slow smoked on the Treag then baked at 400 basted in butter and covered with foil. I’ll reheat in Ninja at high heat to crisp up when we eat them this weekend.

Had a craving for "Captain D's" fish for supper but I wasn't about to leave the house. Been working on my cooler all day digging a trench for electrical and I wanted something to eat at home.. Whipped up my batter mix recipe and thin cut some catfish. Bathed them in hot grease and called it supper with tater tots and homeade tartar sauce.

Tammy and I destroyed these ribbies tonight with bacon wrapped cream cheese stuffed jalapeños. I also had garden fresh green beans blanched and sautéed.
Rain be damed. 1st cook out in my summer project. Jamming to some Iron Butterfly... that's right, In A Godda Da Vida....
