How short are you? Lol. That birdcage is nasty looking. I think I would've had them replace it. Looks like they just moved it to the dead end and cut it.

What in the world are you talking about?
It's still fastened to the front of my Crane for road travel. The dead end has heavy duty heat shrink on it so it doesn't burn cage and looks like a horse's tail.
Ok... The Fray you see is clear at the end beyond the bucket

I was thinking what does heights have to do with hooking the block to the front of the Crane....

I realize it is at the end. Looks like it was done by hitting something and not by the crimping. So I figured the shop cut you short on wire, lol. I've seen it done...works fine until you start running multiple parts. Then you run out of spoil.
