my wife and i went to my new friends daughters quinceanera over the weekend, pretty intersting entertaining and a great time dispite 0 english. He cooked 2 hogs and chicken. The most alcohol by far ive seen consumed at a family function . He saw me eat 4 or 5 peppers while we were there and gifted me with a 6lb can as i was leaving haha. I Had leftover cooked veggies chicken and sausage for dinner 4 peppers for dessert tonight. Daily peppes for the next month i guess...

The big 15!

If you can find just the carrots, those are even better. I haven't been able to find them in a few years around these parts.

Buffalo woodland "wings". squirrel legs cooked sous vide ahead of time. I did the flour/egg/panko breading this time for, hopefully, a little more crunch and something more for the sauce to hold on to. worked out like I hoped on both counts. my best rendition yet. if I didn't know I was eating squirrel, I'd swear these were chicken drumsticks, except meatier. :D
