Wow what a game! LSU fought hard for that one. Bama did themselves zero favors the whole game.

For the second time since the inception of the CFP I'll get to actually enjoy the playoffs without any skin in the game. I'm looking forward to that actually.

What's that? 8 series, 7 appearances, 3 wins. 2019 was the only season they didn't make the playoffs. It'll be nice to actually watch and enjoy a playoff series and not have anything on the line.

Very, but that QB was running through that Bama LOS like shit through a screen door all night. It's clutch when you have a dynamic QB with feet who can actually read and take off, the threat is always present and makes coverage play up, and it takes eyes away from man to man allowing receivers to free up.

Yep. Looking like they'll face the Bulldogs in Atlanta. The only thing is the way is Bacon bits, a cupcake and 3-6 A&M. If they manage to dethrone the bulldogs then the CFP will will have a hard decision to make in a 2 loss team.

Very true. They've been working and it shows. It's called death valley for a reason though. While Bama usually beats them its rarely a given when the games in Baton Rouge. As much as I liked coach O it looks like Kelly is a good fit and doing good things.

Nah. Hate is too strong a word. If Ricky Bobby wins every week we would all eventually be cheering for Cal to pull off a win. I am throwing respect to your program. It is just nice to see them out of contention. Change of faces is good sometimes. I can be honest about things. The way we have played the last two weeks, we should be concerned about ol booger finger Harbaugh and his boys. Georgia looked dominate today, but they have shown weaknesses this year too. It really is pretty wide open at this point. It would be nice to see a new team win it. Or say maybe a team that wasn't won one for a few years..

How about a local feel good story?

Rece is an athlete. Baseball, basketball, soccer. . . He was on Garrett's travel soccer team a handful of years. Great kid. Great parents. No high school soccer team. So he was the kicker on the football team and played travel soccer. Found a niche. Hit a bunch of camps. Got noticed. Was recruited by a bunch of schools. Landed at Marshall. Today they won 12-0 and he scored all 12 of their points tying their school record for most FGs in a game. Pretty cool stuff. I still see him as this cute and well mannered 10 year old. Very cool to see him out there doing well. Good for him!
