fried up a gallon of catfish this evening that came from the river a month ago. Also did up some wings.

Went out on the yak yesterday and got some nice gulf flounder.

Blackened some Mahi on the flat top tonight. My darling bride cooked us rice, asparagus with cheese, cheesy bacon ranch potatoes, and good ol tartar sauce. Might fine meal after a busy day!

It ain't dinner, but it sure hit the spot
for what appears to be another long day possibly. Only one so far, and there a good story behind him that I'll share later on in oneof my journal updates.

Soups been simmering all day. Cold day with the wind howling. Been cutting wood the last couple days. And this is perfect for today. Grab a bowl every couple of hours
