Weirdest dinner ever. Left over potato waffle topped with leftover ramp chanterelle gravy, salad with wild violets, yarrow, and dandelion greens, which are all delicious native edible “weeds” that grow in the yard. Good, but weird AF.

Hit the morel jackpot this morning!!! They went extremely well with marinated shrimp, scallops, and homeade garlic bread on the flat top. Side salad and homeade tarter sauce really set it all off.

Had some leftover morels from supper last night and wasn't sure how to use them for lunch. My wife had some fresh baked homeade bread so I was feeling a good grilled cheese. 2 slices of cheddar, 2 slices of Swiss, and some Dukes mayo....but wait. What if we chopped the morels and tossed them in the mix?? While we are at it what about some bacon......Good! Lord! Have! Mercy!!
