Lol, the darn thing registered high stress and low body battery the entire time camping Tues-Sun. I never gained more than 4pts. while sleeping, then boom +62pts. this AM after sleeping at home.

I think overall it does a good enough job of telling the story, but I wouldn't buy its stock for a single "go to" measurement. As a whole, I'm happy with its info and the general direction it points.

After some time I am not sure if this thing causes me more stress or not. Lol. The one thing I can't figure out is how to a good night's rest that recharges me. Almost every day I end the day at 5, which must be the lowest it goes.

Is this a good thing or normal? I know I push myself at work but I don't seem to be able to get big gains consistently.

That's body battery, and it needs the sleep input to help calculate your recharge. Click the help button in top RH corner. If ure not wearing it 100% of time, don't look at that metric.

I think it's "fairly" accurate for sleep, but mine has gaps where it doesn't read anything because of how my wrist/watch is while sleeping. I have had a few days where I know and feel like I slept like a champ and it only goes up a little. Again, alcohol is the biggest impact. Having just 1-2 beers on a week night always reduces my sleep gain and over all body battery.....it fuckin knows! I will say I feel body battery is still pretty accurate, it nails when I'm feeling good, and seems to run lower then what i feel when it's end of day or after a lot of labor.

Where do you think Strouds is in this data set🤣

I'm starting to be convinced that my lung condition throws this thing off.

No, its a stress to the body, makes perfect sense. Now the question is how do you use that info to improve? Maybe you can't on that stress input, but can it be offset or helped with improvement on others?

I started tracking my levels a little closer and I might want to look into getting the oxygen option for the watch. It does indeed read as stress when my oxygen levels drop below 96-97. When I dropped to 90 on Sunday it really didn't like that. So I will continue to monitor it as it helps me be more accountable to fix my breathing. I don't always notice it getting low until the headache starts. The graph keeps me notice now that we have a better understanding about what is going on.

Elevated heart rate = low oxygen levels = body stressed

Along this quest to feel better I also went to the doctors and we went looking for answers. We found out why I've felt like complete shit. Diabetes. I have been on the edge of pre-diabetic for a couple of years. I was able to curve it with a change of diet to keep me good. That is no longer an option and I will start my medication this weekend at some point. Who would've ever thought that a watch would push me to find answers. Lol

Odd that I am the first and only one in my family with it. Oh well, on the road to feeling better we will continue!
