Called it quits. Walked back to the cabin & small basket 8 walked up to me.

Bucks have been moving & this one followed my game plan. Just need the right buck to do the same ....

I'm set up in the pinch blind. Doe & small buck dogging her just came out & he pushed her back in. I love this in your face action .

Doe just came in & veered off at 30 yrds with bigger buck following. Still, not the grand poo pah ...... of course, they went by different blind .....

Same chasing still going on, just over there ..... I'd say some of the big guys are on lock down for now....

Like I said earlier, Nov 6. I always seem to see good ruting action then. That's what got me into bow hunting. I already had been gun hunting deer & in 1986, I was out squirrel hunting on the 6th. Came close to getting run over a few times by deer. It was amazing ! Next year, I had Whitetail 2...

Doe just 'bout ran into the blind....doe taking a pee afterwards, hell, even I'm excited ....lol. Big boys haven't gotten the memo ....

'bout to have a fight outside the blind. Funky 5 came in & then a few does chased in by a small 8. They squared off & walked circles @ each other. Spike entered the scene. 8 is pushing the doe @ .....

I'm still in bed. I'll get out in a couple hrs

I didn't stay out long. #Ihatewarmrutweather .....plus I had to go in town. I'll be out this evening .....but , tomorrow....NOV. 6TH....most important rut day of all !

One antlered buck cruised thru real close. His body is big . Dink just showed up too.
