Gents this weekend i feel is going to be the time. Specifically friday. Its going to be the coldest its been. The wind may be a little bit janky for the spot i hunt. But im going to hunt it hard. I have a gut feeling this is going to be the weekend to be in where i hunt.

So if I am understanding correctly. only 1 doe and 1 buck from public ground this year and only bucks after December 9th on public land. But if you have private you can follow the zone and state wide limit?

It says bag limit is 5 or 6 1 buck and the rest does. But then says you are only aloud to kill 1 doe on public land. So I am assuming that means you are only aloud to kill 1 buck and 1 doe on public land and the rest have to be on private land or did I not understand that correctly?

So does anyone care to elaborate a little more on the deer bag limit this year. It confuses me a little. Anyone? lol

I grunted and used my doe bleat and within 5 minutes it drew a nice 8 point and small 6 or 4 point into me Monday night in Stark county. They both came in with their nose to the ground.

Welp guys i went back and i found more blood about 70 yards from the last spot and it was about the size of a quarter and i grid searched for 2 hours and didnt fina another spec of blood anywhere. So i guess i didnt hit him as good as i thought. I also went to water and he wasnt there either. So...
