    Honda Foreman won't stay running

Fuel stabilizer keeps any gasoline fresher longer, so it is always helpful, but it does not do anything to curtail the degradative effect of ethanol on fuel system parts that are not metal. At least that is the way I understand it. My 50:1 gas is all ethanol free with more than the minimum...

    Honda Foreman won't stay running

Ethanol breaks down rubber fuel lines in small equipment. Stihl dealer/authorized service person told me years ago to use ethanol free gasoline in all my 2-stroke equipment along with fuel stabilizer or drain the gas tank and carburetor for long term storage.

    Honda Foreman won't stay running

I have a Sunoco nearby that sells it and it was almost $6 a gallon the last time I was there a month or so ago. Small potatoes compared to ATV repair. Won't cost me $10 extra dollars a year.

I have an ATV that repairs itself. Value incalculable. Does your fanatic friend have that much? 😁

    Honda Foreman won't stay running

Problem solved itself, she running fine now. I intend to use it much more often while I'm working on firewood, so she gonna be running instead of sitting for the next several months.

I considered ethanol free gas, but laziness on my part got in the way, lol I think I am going to start putting ethanol free gas in it. I already do that with every two-stroke I have. Makes sense, and have seen how well ethanol free gas treats my saws and stuff.

    Honda Foreman won't stay running

I don't know crap about ATV's. Mine suffers from lack of use more than anything else. I started it a couple of times over the winter just to charge the battery and such. I went to actually use the damn thing yesterday and had to charge the fucking battery to start it. Once I got it started I let...

    Honey suckle destruction

I bought the Stihl version of that last year. and it came with a soft case and some bar oil. Only paid $179 for it, too. Totally the cats' ass. Have already used it more than I ever thought. I would. Pretty handy when you have big limbs to trim while hanging on the side of tree or in a stand.

    TOO Garden Thread

Mine isn't going to regrow, lol. Well, some of it always manages to survive somehow. Before we plant, I'll scalp/mulch it with the mower and till the bageezus out of all the organic matter. Clay soil here. The mix we did last fall did a nice job of crowding out the weeds so far, though.

Nancy began starting seed a couple weeks ago. I weed whacked the green manure (oats, field peas, radishes, rye, clover) we planted last fall since the Rye was a foot tall. Bought some Sunchoke bulbs and got them planted them over the weekend. Started some lettuce and scallions a week ago. Two...

    Wow ......

I think he did not get away with murder because he was a good football player. Johnny Cochran and every other scumbag defense attorney who gets their clients who commit murder or other violent felonies off with a slap on the wrist, especially by playing the race card, can rot in hell. OJ Simpson...

    Hard to find bourbons...

I scored this giblet a couple days ago. I just happened to be in town filling all my gas cans about the same time our local liquor store opens on the day they get their bourbon delivery.😉

    Gravel for Driveways

Dust is not a problem at all. The owner of the company told me that, aside from poured concrete, this was the best driveway we could have from a maintenance and longevity standpoint. He talked me out of asphalt, actually, even though it was quite a bit more money. He recommended after ten...

    Gravel for Driveways

I was in the same boat for several years. After much research and consideration, we had the driveway chip sealed. Was much less expensive than asphalt. It is waaay less maintenance than than asphalt over time, and more flexible, i.e., it will not crack like asphalt sometimes does. They scraped...
