Has anyone tried to cure a hind quarter on a deer, and make it into a 'ham'? I've had quite a few successes this year with pigs. Wondering if that can be translated to deer? Sent from my moto e6 using Tapatalk

If you look through a few of these photographs, you'll see that a few of the deer are missing patches of hair (mange?). In a few of them, they appear to be scratching a portion of their skin, which later appears to be injured. Is there any point in doing anything for them?

Occasionally, these deer lick this branch, while feeding. Apparently a 2 for 1 deal.

I checked my camera yesterday, and found a pair of new scrapes. Isn't it a bit late for that?
