At least Ohio officials are willing to admit what it is. WV DNR denies it every time. They say WV doesn't have mtn lions and if they can't deny it they say it must have been a pet that someone let go. They have been caught red handed letting them go and still denied it.

I'm officially done and blanked again. Didn't get much of a chance to hunt this year and they didn't cooperate at all.

Will be next weekend at the earliest for me.

Yeah that was a great deal. I almost bought one when I was getting my shop together. Didn't want to pay $60 so I got a cheaper rug with a deer. I did get a Hoyt bar stool though.

You can buy them right from Hoyt off their website. It's funny to see people selling Hoyt banners on ebay for $40 when you can get it from Hoyt for $20. $30 was a great deal on the rug though, if I remember right it's $60 from Hoyt.

The video looks like a show opening or commercial. While it has good effects and editing, that doesn't mean the show/videos will be any good. I don't need shows to be over dramatized and over edited. I just want to like the hosts and see some nice animals.

I may have one for sale in the near future. Bought it for the gf and she wasn't able to draw it and has made no effort to get stronger. Does me no good hanging on the wall. I added after market string/cables and have half a dozen Easton Epic Jr arrows as well.

I'm still out putting in the hours. This season has been slow for good bucks. Two or three does will have to hit the ground soon. Gotta start filling the freezer.

Albinos are genetic deformities. I don't buy into the bad luck stuff. I've seen two albino animals in the wild in my lifetime. A doe on a property I couldn't hunt and a squirrel on property I do hunt. If given the opportunity that squirrel would be on my wall. Indians believed alot of things...

I'll take a neck shot with a rifle everytime. Most times I try to get that shot. They don't run and you don't lose any shoulder meat. Good to hear you got back out there. Things have been crazy slow for me this year. Bucks are moving more and pushing does around so hopefully it will heat up...

That's the kind of stuff that irritates me. I've had a few people ask me about where I hunt in Ohio. I won't give them any info on how to get permission. If it wasn't for Greg, I wouldn't be there and I'm not going to take advantage of that by piling people in there.

I know how you feel when it comes to moving. I bought my house in November a few years ago and moved in the weekend before WV gun season started. It's a real pain.

I have to admit, it was kind of a dick move to help me get permission on a farm over there when I knew no one and had no leads on hunting property in Ohio. That guy was right.

I have some other stuff going on so I won't be out again until Monday. So far things have been REALLY slow for me. I figured I'd have at least a doe or two down by now but I'm still trying to get on the board. The only things I've had in shooting range are 1 1/2 year old bucks and yearling does.

I'm not sure about Ohio but in WV they specifically say No Open Season for Elk,Mountain Lion, and something else I can't remember. I would think if it doesn't say no open season then it may be considered a non-native species and could be shot. I have always found it funny that they take the time...

The sister-in-law needs to be shot too. End the genetics before it's too late and they spread.
