Bucks feet

Hey guys, hope someone knows more than me. When I was skinning the buck I shot the other night I noticed his hooves were all beat up. I have heard ehd survivors can have hoof issues. Anyone seen it before and does it look like this

I’m thinking a rough rut for him….. The area you hunting have a lot of rock outcroppings?

Reports or not, it happens all over every year. Sometimes the outbreaks are just worse than others.

Not rocky at all where I’m at. The neighbor found one of our older bucks dead the first week of the season not to far from a creek. Body was in pretty bad shape so couldn’t tell cause of death. But other than that I haven’t heard much of anything from others in our area. But I do think as cracked up as the hooves were it could be an ehd survivor
