Long story short, the BFG A/T KO2 that I have been running suck. They have started to have sidewall separation on 2 of them according to discount tire. They claim it's from overloading them. Anyway they are covering the replacement of two of them.

The bad side of this they are roughly 75% gone at only 18k on them, and yes I run them a lot lower when unloaded. So I'm gonna replace all 4 corners only having to foot the bill on 2 of them.

The two different tires that I'm looking at are the Bridgestone dueler at revo 2. And the cooper discoverer atp. I've had experience with the Bridgestone revo before and they lasted for close to 50k, but that was on a half ton.

Looking for any advise on either of these specifically on 3/4 and 1 ton trucks.

Don't have any advice on running coopers on 3/4 or one ton trucks or that specific tire. I have had Cooper discoverer AT3's on my truck and my previous blazer and I've been satisfied with them. The most weight I pull is my 12 foot trailer with the ranger on it, they hold up well.

I love the REVO 2...this is my second set on my 3500. Got 54,000 out of the first set. Replaced them when they hit the wear bars because winter was coming.

I also don't change TP when loaded or unloaded...I run almost mac PSI all year around. If I gotta pull something stupid heavy, I might air up to max.

I've also got the Cooper at3's on my work truck. They have lasted me a little over 3 years, if I were to guess around 30,000 miles. This will be their last summer. Also keep in mind that 70% of the time that truck is driven it's got about 3300lbs behind it. I think they have been a pretty good tire all in all.

My dad has had the Cooper AT3s on his Ford for what seems like forever and they've been great. Probably be my next tire if I don't do the combo mud/highway back and forth like I am now.

Thanks for the input so far fellas. The coopers come in at a little better value price wise and with a little higher mileage rating. They seem to be more aggressive in the tread also.

Stuck at work for a couple days so, I guess I'll keep digging while I'm here.

Mine always had more noise going down the highway though.... Hence why I'm sticking with what came stock on my latest truck....

AT style have been my go to, but as I age I like the quiet of the M&S lol....

You can't hear the REVO 2...maybe it's just the loud ass Cummins, but I couldn't hear them on my other vehicles either. Those were light duty trucks though.

Of the two choices, I'm not sure he could go wrong. The REVO will out perform on snow and ice, but we don't get a lot of that in Ohio.
