Looking for advise/input 4wd cargo van?

Right now I have a Chevy 2500 diesel and I load my quad on the back with a ramp that slides under the quad and into the truck bed. Works well, however, because of the time it takes to load and unload the quad and tie it down, it’s not worth the headache to unload it every morning to drive it 3/4 of the way to my stand and then back out in the evenings. It would save me a lot of wear and tear as the terrain is getting tougher the older I get. I don’t really have the room to drive a trailer to the property and turn it around in the field without doing a lot of work with leveling and putting lots of stone down. So, I was thinking a cargo van that I could slide out a ramp and load/unload the quad. It would be much easier to open a side door and secure it inside and also to tie down in the rear. I hunt by myself and it is remote enough that if I fell from the side truck bed or had a medical emergency, they probably wouldn’t find me until the next day, if that. I’m trying to figure out a way to use the quad but with the least amount of work/risk. I got the idea when I watched a guy pick up a friends quad to take to the shop and he had a cargo van and he loaded it up in just minutes. I could probably get great money for my Chevy as a trade so don’t think I’ll have to pay anything out of pocket. Ford (which I hate) makes an AWD model and Mercedes makes a 4wd model. They both are pricey new so I was going to look for something a few years old. Would AWD be good enough for the mud and hills found in southeastern Ohio? Two wheel drive won’t cut it getting to my property. Looking for opinions..good or bad. Let me know what you guys think.

I would go brand new just because it’s under warranty and because of the computers basically only dealerships can work on them

How would loading go? Is there enough room that you can drive it in without your face planted on the gas tank? If a winch is on the front so you could pull it in would be cool.

It would look very similar to this. AWD and all terrain tires. I could store all of my hunting gear inside for the drive out to Ohio. Loading and unloading my quad would be a lot easier. I never had any experience with cargo vans and figured there is someone on here that does. Just wanting to know if it’s a good idea. I’m looking for ways to make it easier.

Would it be cheaper to put up a storage shed and buy a quad to keep in Ohio? Then you don’t have all the associated costs in another vehicle. A lot of those shed places pull up and drop it where you want it.

My property is deed restricted….you can build a house but can’t put a trailer or shed out there. They don’t want the area to look like a junk yard. Also, closest electric is 3/4-1 mile away.

What about an electric golf cart to go in the van? No roof, be handy around the house for chores and such. Easier to load and unload with it being more stable.

Golf cart would take up more room than the quad…plus I’d have to plug it into something to keep it charged. I’m basically looking for something like they use on American Pickers….only on AWD or 4wd. Them guys fit a lot of shit in that van!😂 It’s not something I need to do now as I’m still able to walk the hills but am looking to the future to extend my hunting career out here. Don’t want to wait until the last minute. I’m also the kind of person to investigate things before I jump.

I get that, kinda why I was suggesting something scent free and quiet. Planting a seed. My buddy has the Ranger EV and it is shocking the amount of deer you ride up on. Same with feeding, deer are on cam very shortly afterwards. I think it is because of the quietness of it.
