My new crossbow was going right through my old bag target. Pretty scary stuff. I'm going to test this out today and I'll let you know how it goes. I took black sheet plastic and then the thicker white plastic and layered it inside of a box. I can't see this thing not stopping and arrow half ay through. We'll see.

No, it was a field tip. I think my old bag is just shot and needs replaced. I was just being a cheap mofo and trying to get away with making one for free.

I was wondering if that would be a problem, try foam blocks or cut insulation foam panels. Just a thought way to think out side of the box.

Hmmm, thank's for the suggestions.:smiley_chinrub: I have a feeling it's the thicker white plastic that is holding onto that arrow. I ordered a couple of new stuff-able bags and I want to try stuffing them with old jeans and clothes. I'm not giving up yet...

I have read where people said not to use jeans or the bolts will get stuck again.

I just built a new one. I took the sheets of black plastic and crumpled them into a box. I smashed them down with my 225lbs. I'll try it this evening.
