Meat Slicer

I'm almost done acquiring processing equipment and the last thing on my list is a slicer. It'll be nice for jerky, but I've also been doing goose pastrami and would like it for that as well. I know a few guys have them, so I'm curious to see what's out there and what recommendations you'd make.

I used mine for jerky, bacon, pastrami, slicing up hams and other lunchmeat or for cooked hams, made roast beef sliders out of eye of round, cucumbers for pickles, etc

I have the cheapest, lowest of the line sold at Cabelas. Got it begrudgingly as a gift. It works for jerky. I probably wouldn't use it for much else.
