Anyone know where to buy pigeons for training or tried a pigeon trap ?

Find a farmer with a barn full of pigeons and go to town at night with a fishing net

Look to see if there are any pigeon racing clubs or members that are local to you. Most serious racers have a ton of birds, and with that comes a need to cull or thin their flock, getting rid of birds who don’t make the cut. This is a great way to get birds for free or for cheap. Much quicker and easier than trapping wild birds.

If your going to trap your own I would ask one of the local co-ops or find a big farm with grain silos.
