This is my base. I steer it where I want to from here. I keep a staple of seasonings like ancho and chipotle peppers, adobe sauce, and cilantro, on hand in salsa seasoning. I also roast my veggies and don't de-seed my peppers.

I like mine simple. Roast the veggies on the grill so the skin will peel off. Blend and can.

Tomato
Jalapeño
Garlic

Being that I’m allergic to onion, we don’t do onion for mine or cilantro. Because that stuff taste like soap! Gross

Any salt or pepper can be added once opened and depending on my mood. Lime juice or whatever else.

We also freeze a couple gallon bags of raw peppers to be able to add heat if needed. Try and keep it simple with the ability to change the taste so I’m not tired of it.
