Giles would be fishing in the golf course ponds. Thats the only way.
There was a golf course a couple blocks away from where I grew up. Me and a friend about once a month would sneak on the course at night with a net bag and some goggles and flashlight. We'd go swimming in the ponds and get as many golf balls out of the pond as we could.
I knew the owners of our local course. I played one round a year but was on the course weekly. It was my job to take the 12-14” bass out. Used to take crappie as well.

I'm just going to leave this from years ago here. Tuerkys love golf courses. Big roost trees and manicured strut zones, what's not to love.
