I've been making a lot of these lately because one of the bucks we killed this year has a strong taste.
This is easy to do but takes a little time.
Mix in bowl
1 bottle itialion dressing
3 tablespoons yellow musturd
2 tablespoons wistshire sause
1 tablespoon soy sause
Cut 1lb venison into 1 inch cubes and marinate in mix. a couple hours seems to work fine.
Cut 2lbs bacon in half. Take the venison cubes and roll them up in the bacon. Push a round toothpic
through the bacon and meat to hold in place. Throw them on the grill and cook them till they darken
up.
You can also slice up some pepers and roll them in as well.
Good eating boys.
