Today’s view…up in the blind behind my house. Lots of small bucks on cam…hopefully a decent one will wander by.
In, just hoping to see something and have it return tomorrow when I have a gun lol. Too nice of an evening to not be in the woods. Late December huh......?
Big ol yote at 100yrds, sure hope he circles back or shows this weekend. Gonna be a fun winter trying to remove these jackwagons.
Blew off work to sneak in a day of hunting before gun. Canned two lil bucks this morning and saw 4 doe this evening, thought i was gonna get a shot but went straight instead of heading my way.
Took a button head with the 20 gauge this morning.

She laid a hornady sst right where it needed go. I could not be more proud of this kid for hanging in there this season. She has shown unbelievable patience amd discipline. She made me proud talking herself through the track that she handled on her own as well. Makes me so freaking proud and breaks my heart all at the same time to see her gaining dependence in the woods. Tip of the hat to her for getting in done woth the muzzleloader during modern firearm season to boot!!!
