It's right down the street from me. I took in almost all of the concerts there. My Buddy and his Wife owns it now. Not much goes on except for hunting and what they call Hookafest....Which is 2000's version of hippies. I can say a couple Booner's came out of there and lord only knows how many 140+ have been taken TOO. Can say I seen some wild sights out there in the Concert Booming Summers!

In July there's a monster of a music fest happening at legend valley. It was previously held down in wv, but changed the venue due to logistics. "all good" music fest. Usually brings about 30-40 thousand people. Should bring a lot of money to the local businesses.
