When hooking up the mouse tails, do it like the first pic, then twist it so that the hook is up against the tail….it’ll help make it a bit weedless. The power bait with the glitter must look like the scales of a baitfish as they will outperform the power sits without glitter 10-1. The mouse tail should be fished the same way as the power bait…a small split shot about 12” from the hook. They both float if you don’t use a bigger (heavy) hook. I’ve caught on average 60-70 trout in Jersey and about the same amount in Pennsylvania every year for the past 3 years...350 trout over that span and almost all were caught on the powerbaits.
