Nice ride, JB! GM definitely trims them out much nicer than a Ford. Just don't use it like a truck and you'll be fine 😂

We're about to make a trade also because I refuse to fly to Disney. Tracie said if we drive, it's time for an upgrade for her, so she's at the dealer right now. We'd been trending towards this as it was, but jumped ahead a few months so we could drive south with peace of mind since hers now has 100K and I suspect some mechanical issues percolating. Trade in quote was MUCH higher than expected, effectively giving us an extra $5K on the deal. Now that we've done the math, just need to right one to show up at the dealer! With a teenage driver coming in 5 years, now is a good time for us to put Tracie in a new ride that will stay in the family for the next 15 years.

Exactly why I’m still on the fence about my ol Ford. I might just keep it so I have a beater. This new truck is too nice… I’m afraid to do anything with it.

I have used this company for 15+ years. You can't beat the fitment. They make all kinds of products to protect your vehicles. They handle abuse better than any other products I've ever bought. We don't even consider any other company when we are looking for something. I don't have any personal experience with the seat covers, but I would imagine it is like any other product they provide. Fitment will look factory fit and it will do as advertised. Hands down, the best of the best. I put this company in the Bosch Icon category 😂

Momma is happy, so we put a deposit down. Her current ride needs some body work and that's happening this week. Should pick this up on Friday. Locked in a rate 3% below projected with an extra $6,500 on trade, so we came in way under budget and traded a '17 Highlander with 101K, for a 2024 Grand Highlander Limited (one step up in trim from the '17), all for $50 more a month. Pretty solid move in this market, so that makes 'ol dad happy too.

Also went Weathertech when they came on the market many years ago. Always perfect fit and durable. I had to get a new seat cover for the dogs last fall so I gave Weathertech a shot since everything else from them has been excellent. The seat cover is the least impressive item I have gotten from them, but the bench seat in the back of my Tundra is covered, albeit barely, and it pretty well stayed in place. The potlickers did not seem to care either way. ;) Nancy got one for her Jeep and it happened to be the exact same product number as specified for my Tundra. Fit her smaller back seat much better.

How‘s the ceramic holding up?
I wouldn't do it on a black vehicle again. As you can see tho, it's hard to get an angle for a good picture. Even dirty it looks clean from a distance. Looks way different in person. Overall I think it's great. Just not for a black vehicle because every little thing shows up as a scratch. You wouldn't notice that on any other color.

Yeah, I’d never own another black vehicle. We’ve had a couple over the years. They’re more of a pita than anything trying to keep them clean.
If I was a normal person, this would be great. Most people would notice the things that bother me about it.

They gave me a "booster" to help with it and today was the first time I used it.

That is a mirror finish.
