You are in their wheelhouse for sure. I put in over an hour today in what I would consider a "shed rich" environment. Found enough poop and tracks. Cannot believe there were no sheds to be found. Makes me wonder if someone hasn't already been in there.

It happens to me a lot Phil. I will walk in an area just sure I'm going to pick up some sheds and find nothing.

I appreciate it guys. It all comes down to taking the time to look. By the end of March the whole family is normally irritated with me lol. I have learned not to waste my time in unlikely spots as well. South facing slopes and honey suckle. Normally the fields are good but with all this snow we haven't been finding many in them. Corn fields are the exception. But I have a tough time picking through a corn field. Big weff on the other hand can spy em in it!

Finally number 35! Took me 13 hours of looking after number 34. Just a small 3 pt side.


The neighbors dog decided it needed it worse than I did so I left it with it lol.


Found a dead head also. Thinking this is the buck my gf shot and we couldn't find.

Nice finds and that small 3 sure looks better than the small sheds I've been finding lately lol. What do you do with the dead heads. You just grab them or do you call them in to get a tag for it?
