Also you are allowed to hunt in the city limit in Athens. My buddy called the ODNR about it last year and they even stated that there was nothing wrong with hunting in those city limits, he never did anyways.

yea thats is why he called and asked. ODNR is in the city of Athens. They said no ordinance against it. I know a couple guys who hunt in the "city" of Athens. Sure as hell would be a shock to them. I will let them know they need to look into this more.

I do believe that the ODNR mentioned that there is no hunting in the city limits....with a gun. However I believe the ODNR mentioned that their is nothing said about bow hunting.
