Starting to see lots of scrapes in my area.

It was funny you and I were out mocking scrapes at the exact same time! The only diff is was I don't have any scrapes opened up in the area I hunt so I just figured I'd try and stir up alittle trouble with the James Valley scents...:smiley_coolpeace:

Thats cool Ric,always fun to get pics over mock scrapes.
They usually take em over quick.The one i made today and put a cam on it.Always seem to get some good pics on this one.

Well just went out and decided to shoot a few broadheads tonight... lost all my confidence... three arrows at 30 and didnt hit the target once... and broke two arrows and broadheads..... ugh sucks... really upsets me cuz last night i was golden with the exact same stuff at 50... dont understand

Travis and I are settled in. Kinda going in blind as I haven't checked this cam for two weeks. The last check one of his target bucks was here 9 out of 12 days in shooting light. Let's hope he held the pattern. We're about guaranteed to see this buck we call goofy. He has a messed up sub 100 rack and a funny lookin under bite. The dude basically camps here and shows up 3-4 times a day. So far we've only seen some of those real small chirpy red squirrels.

Good luck guys. Looks like I'll be able to start hunting next week. I have the Lima gunshow this weekend and have all my present R&D done.
My new bow sight is just about sighted in and just have to recheck the final 20 & 40 yard settings.

Made it out this evening and saw the big doe with triplets and passed up a descent 8 pointer at 18 yds.
Tempted me with the recurve but have 3 weeks of vacation starting on Oct 23rd.
Lots of time and some good ones out there.
