Tonight was get the tailgate mounted and finished up. Had a little touchup on the paint but nothing major. It wont stay pretty long. Rocks, Firewood, Corn, Apples and Deer. It'll get bruised up plenty. But for now its pretty much ready.
Almost forgot. Will be adding a reduced size Slow Mooving Vehicle Sign to the back. Along with my TOO License Plate!
Thanks Everyone. Been slowly working on it since 3rd week in January. Took my time and done most of it to last at least my lifetime.
I pretty sure you have to paint over por15, or you used to have to paint over it, it didn’t hold up well to uv light
That’s the way it used to be, not sure if that has changed over the years....
Maybe I need to read the rest of the can...lol

OK...Since Clay Pissed In My Cheerios
After 3 coats of paint.... darn thing is green now! I Actually like it better than the black accents.One of our mechanics done his boat trailer a few years ago without painting. He said it still works good. It just turns a very dull black color.
Just need some yellow wheels and a few yellow Deere stickers. I like!
